                                District 5010 of Eastern Siberia had three different sites for their PETS Conferences 2008. 

                            Director OrphanAct-Russia, Lida Sclocchini,  speaks at PETS 2008 in Irkutsk.  Lida is given a pin by

                                        DGE Clyde Boyer for recognition of her service of Orphanact Good Work in Russia.
