The Irkutsk Rotary seeks $1,010 to fund replacement of linoleum on the floors of Irkutsk Shelter 1.
 
The thing that looks like a pipe in front of the children is a gap in the old linoleum.
The shelter was built 40 years ago and is showing the wear and tear of many kinds of feet. In some places the seams have started to roll up and has become a hazard. Skipping over the cracks on open spaces may be fun for the children but only if they are watching. Please help them give the space a more cheerful look.
